Co-developed the website and created the pipelines with zero trust security framework. Implemented a form functionality and real time quiz tested for 1000 participants concurrently.

My contributions
- Co-developed the ICTS website — Next.js on Cloudflare Workers — and owned a large cross-section of its features.
- Built the form builder and runtime: create forms in the admin, publish them to the site, then review, filter, sort and export submissions.
- Built the live quiz system on Durable Objects — a host screen, player avatars and room joining that held up when tested with 1000 participants concurrently.
- Created the CI/CD pipelines with preview deployments behind Cloudflare Access (zero-trust), per-PR end-to-end tests, and environment-managed secrets.
- Optimised delivery: responsive images resized and cached at the Cloudflare edge, an immutable-cached hero video, and Takumi-powered OG image rendering.
